What is Culinary Coaching? 

Culinary Coaching is a behavior-based method that combines increasing one’s confidence and efficiency in the kitchen with the health and wellness coach approach. It is ideal for people who are new to cooking and meal prep, those who are feeling stuck or uninspired, those who want to breathe new life into their meal prep. I will partner with you to identify your vision as it relates to preparing nutritious meals at home, and help you create sustainable and nutritious home-cooking behaviors. This could include a variety of strategies, from a pantry reset, to budget friendly batch cooking, to gaining more confidence with various kitchen skills.

Why Culinary Coaching? 

Cooking at home leads to the consumption of a better quality of food. [1]This can decrease the risk of and/or improve the outcomes for those with serious health conditions, including Type 2 Diabetes. [2]

Preparing meals in the home can be more cost effective than eating outside the home.
