As your coach I will partner with you on your well-being journey toward lasting, value-driven change. My practice encompasses the six pillars of lifestyle medicine which are defined by the American College of Lifestyle Medicine to include:
Physical activity
A predominantly plant-based diet
Adequate sleep
Avoidance of risky substances
Stress management
Supportive relationships
